I am one lucky gal, because I have a Pressed Juicery a block away from my house and I was so happy to find it last week. I fell in love with the juices from Pressed Juicery in LA and couldn't wait to make these oats with their famous Vanilla Almond milk. This recipe is also really amazing with regular soy/almond milk. Ingredients:
Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl and let it sit for 30 minutes. Once that is done, put in the fridge and enjoy in the morning! Top with shaved coconut, banana and berries.
